This pan is amazing. I used it to make banana bread sticks and bread for french toast sticks. I usually don't get breads or cakes out of pans with no effort or little damage. I turned this pan upside down and the bread just dropped out in one piece. Even the oil spray didn't get cooked on to the edges where the batter didn't meet. Just amazing! Very worth the money.

Makes great buns, if you can find a good recipe. I ended up using the same recipe I use for bread. The pan is very heavy, not like the thin cheaply made pans many of use have become used to. The non stick coating is very effective.

I've never baked anything from scratch before and all went well. I used the King Arthur recipe and they tasted great. I do wish they were a half inch taller though. They were buttery and it was like no hot dog bun I've ever had. I'll make these again.

Although mine did not come with a recipe it was easy to find not only the king arthur flour recipe online but others as well and it is a well made pan that I can't wait to use not only for the NE style buns but for cream filled cakes as well
