These mirrors work perfectly. One user complained about the plastic set-screw breaking. Good sense would prevent most people from turning the screw so hard as to break it, it isn't that delicate. I found that the holes were not threaded all the way through and I ran a tap on through to finish and clean them. The screw then turned easily. This is a minor manufacturing defect and should be addressed. The other thing I did was to add some common door/window weatherstripping to the inside of the housings to keep the mirror assemblies from being able to bounce around. This should be included in the kit and instructions, but isn't.

Despite the small discrepancies listed above, these are a great product. They look about as factory OEM as possible and the mirror glass is of high quality. The mirrors, while fully adjustable, also appear to be tight enough to avoid any unwanted self "readjustments".

I really like these mirrors and an excellent value when compared to other ugly tow mirrors. These have a factory look when installed and fit nice and snug on the factory mirrors. They come on and off easily. My only concern with these mirrors is the plastic bolt that snugs the mirror. Hasn't broke yet after several installations but I feel like I should order a spare set of the bolts to keep on hand.

These mirrors give that little extra view of the rear of your vehicle that is needed for safety. I could tow with the mirrors that came on the truck but was not able to see the entire length of the trailer. Now I can see the full length and am able to pass and maneuver safely. Love them.

Very good product for the price. I only took one star off because there is really no way to lock the mirrors on so someone can't just walk by and take them off. That means that if I part the vehicle, I must remove them and lock them inside the vehicle each time. Other than that minor issue they work great.

There are literally 10 stickers on this box. All state, verbatim, "Amazon warehouse deals INSPECTED and REPACKAGED". The box was crushed on one end. It looks like an accordion. I tried to ignore it and just appreciate what was inside. BUT, the driver side mirror had to have been OVERLOOKED. I do not understand because all poor reviews on this product state that the hole and screw to hold the mirror onto the truck are a little weak. This one was stripped completely. Both the screw and hole/nut were flat.

The CIPA 11400 fit Great on the 2009 Ram 1500. I can now see vehicles behind my 27ft trailer. No noticeable vibrations. There are two wedge provided with the product, one for chrome (or body colour) capped mirrors, the other for standard black mirrors. I would recommend this product if you don't have the factory towing mirrors.

The passenger side no matter how I adjusted it was worthless as I could use the factory mirror just fine. Driver side was nice as I could angle it so I could watch the tires when backing.
