These Sizzix Owl and Crescent Moon dies must be used in any one of the Movers & Shapers base dies or base trays, which are compatible with the BIGkick, Big Shot and Vagabond machines (with a pair of appropriately sized Cutting Pads). They are advertised as making windows in your card, but I used the cut-out shapes to decorate a Halloween card (see customer image). I use them in my Sizzix 657900 Big Shot Cutting and Embossing Roller Style Scrapbooking Die-Cut Machine, Powder Blue and Teal.
These aren't particularly useful dies unless you already own a Sizzix die cutting machine, plus the base trays and cutting pads that are needed to cut these dies.
The crescent moon might be cute on a card-front that is supposed to resemble a privy door.
