Like another reviewer, I didn't read carefully and expected the tape to be a little thicker based on the pic, but it did just fine; I used it to wrap one of those green styrofoam wreath rings so I could make a pirate-themed wreath. It was sticky enough to stay in place but not so sticky that it wasn't flexible when I made a mistake and wanted to re-wrap a portion of the ring. I would recommend this product--it will take me years to find ways to use the whole roll, you get a lot of it.

Why is it so difficult to find black masking tape? I looked all over in the stores in town and it was nowhere to be found - thank you, Amazon! I use masking tape to label jars in the fridge, etc. Peels off easily and white chalk markers work well on this too!

Got this for a event at my church. These tapes were mainly used to stick names on the back of t-shirts. The glue also did not leave any residue when we removed them after the event. We ordered different colors to indicate different teams. Not only did they stick well, they were easy to cut to size just using our hands, the sharpie wrote on it fine without smearing. Would recommend this for any use.

Amazon shipped 1/4 inch vs 3/4 inch. So I went to Home Depot and purchased the correct tape. Just be cautious and don't let the tape get on your car or trip. We did and it took Turtle Wax Sticker remover to get the sticky residue off.

My fault for not reporting the wrong tape being shipped and mistakes are made. But because of the poor quality of tape and the residue issue I've given it a poor ratting.

Purchased the black crepe tape for black art paper we were using to cover bulletin boards/walls for an 8th grade graduation dance. Ended up purchasing 2 rolls because I was afraid we would run out. Only needed one roll and although it seemed we had used a lot of tape, we had so much left over! One roll was plenty and we did a lot of taping. HIghly recommend as it sticks well but doesn't take paint off the wall. Will definitely purchase again. Speedy shipping too w/prime!
