Pricy, but sometimes the only good solution for taping down cables. clean and sharp appearance. Sticks well to, and removes easily from, level loop carpeting. Would probably work great on tile and linoleum. Might not be sticky enough for asphalt or concrete.

When I first got into setting up sound for the Roller Derby bouts, I used gaffer tape. It was annoying because the tape stuck to the wire. Let me rephrase that: it was a real pain in the A. So, I found this tape. GodSend. This is easy to put down and pulling it up is even easier. It doesn't stick to the wire. The amount of adhesive is "just right". It sticks to the court surface, but doesn't pull up anything that was painted on the court (Gaffer tape is too sticky).

The only problem is that it is expensive and people go nuts when they use it. Sooooo, I bought a case. That should last me about 10 years.

This is so much easier to apply to temporarily hold down power cords than normal gaff tape. Due to the glue being only on the both sides, one person can lay down tape rather needing someone to hold the cord straight.

Awesome product....will purchase again when needed. Did a decent job on carpet...only need it for temp set-ups. I cannot say whether or not it will stay down permanently as I have not tried nor will I need to at this point....but it does stay down for a few days.

I was using this on a very heavy traffic tiled area... it came up after one day. The adhesive is not sticky at all. This is fine if nobody is going to touch it, but if anybody is going to be stepping on it or rolling over it (especially on a tiled area), I recommend something stronger.
