Size 4.2 is a good fit for Iphone 5S w/ commuter case. The picture shows a velcro strip for attachment to vertical tube but the item I received came w/ elastic cord instead - which worked for my use since I was able to attach this to the 45 deg. angled neck on my bike w/ a little weaving of the bottom velcrow strips - length works better on larger tube frame. The quality is good for the price and delivery was 2 weeks.

This has 3 different sizes, which is confusing and I got the smallest for an iPhone 5 but I think i should of gotten the medium one, while this case fits on the bike nicely, the phone heats up considerably while in this case. I usually go out for 2 to 3 hour rides and have had my phone overheat more than once in here. Even leaving the zipper open at the top didn't allow for any airflow to help keep it cool. This is also shipped from China so it took 3 weeks to get delivered.
