Don't waste your time.

The shoes look great. The first few times I wore them I got a lot of people telling me they liked them. Looks are great, but when the durability of the shoe is as terrible as these, it sort of cancels out the looks.

The rubber around the sides of the shoe began to crack and peel within the first 5-6 times wearing them. They now have big tears in the sides and look terrible (which is why they are going in the trash after I write this up). There is also a big tear in the canvas by the heel on one of the shoes. I have no idea why? I have not wore them to do anything in them that would have ripped them (like say jogging, hiking, or anything) like that. They just are that poorly made.

Considering how well I like my other Keen shoes I own and the reputation of Keen, I expected a lot more. Instead I got some really cheaply made shoes that looked great for a bit, then fell apart. Avoid these shoes. They are not worth any price you would pay for them.

very cute and practical

I am normally a size 8.5 with wide-ish feet and I ordered these in an 8.5. Fit is good although they are slightly snug in the widest part of my foot.
I was pleasantly surprised when I saw that the trim along the bottom of these shoes is more of a plum-purple..from the pictures I was expecting maroon. The canvas of the shoe reminds me of burlap in color and texture. They are stiff like everyone says but it wasn't much of a problem in the time I wore them after they arrived yesterday.
There are two things I don't love about them: the sole isn't completely flat; there is a curve near the ball of my foot that I especially notice when standing on hard floors. The other thing is that they are slightly slippery if you walk on a wet floor; no tread whatsoever. I wore them to take my daughter to swim lessons and walking through the locker room, I had to be more careful walking across the wet floor than I was with my other shoes.
Over all, I am happy with these shoes and would recommend them. They're SUPER cute.

Keen's Women's Coronado Shoe

I have always loved my Keens! These have been fun so far this spring. I have had a couple different colors in the Coronado and the canvas ones wear pretty good for the first 6 months. Then the canvas can start to tear by the front toes area. That would be my only complaint.

Never going back to Chucks.

I've been a big Converse wearer since high school. Three years ago my mom bought me my first pair of Coronados, and I haven't looked back. I love these shows! Much more durable than Chucks and much more comfortable. I get tons of compliments on them too! My last pair was suede on one side and the thick canvas material on the other. Now they've switched to all canvas which looks good. My only piece of advice is that they run a little big. I have wide feet and normally wear a 9 in sneakers, but I went down half a size in these.

A Fun & Comfy Fit All Day Shoe

I adore these shoes! I have High arches & considering these shoes are modeled after the old school court shoes I expected they would require me to add an orthotic so I was set. And I added my Dr. Scholls arch supports.
I wear between a 9.5 & a 10 & there is room in these. I also have slightly narrow feet & wear compression stockings due to a military service disability. So I found with thick socks and my compression stockings I still had room. Which is good for me as my feet swell due to my disability complications. I do not put just any shoe on my feet since my two near fatalities and these shoes are fun, light and comfy which I can wear all day with no complications!
The tongue is thin along with the rest of the canvas shoe which makes it very breathable.
First shoes I have had that are Vegan Certafied! They come with Orange lace on them, but also a tag along pair of black laces which I went with as they do not appear so much like clown shoes with black laces!

Gold Standard in Comfortable Casual Tennies!

I'll confess, I own over 10 pair of these! Since Keen is apparently not producing more for this next season, I had to scour the internet to find any colors in my size! They are the only shoe, with a more expensive exception, with this "look" and arch support and cushioning. Even the other versions from Keen fell way short. They're also good around some slipping situations, but I haven't tried them in boat shoe situations. If you like the casual tennis shoe look, and need arch support and cushioning, these are for you!

Love these sneakers!

These sneakers are so cute! They are instant attention grabbers and people are always telling me how cute they are. To top it off, they are very comfortable, and I can wear them all day long. They significantly reduce the pain in my heals and knees, and they don't get too hot, which is a HUGE plus for me. I have worn them for a few months straight now, and they are still going strong. I just love them!

Have tons of potential, but didn't fit me

I got these to replace the Keen Maderas that I previously purchased in a size 7--the Maderas fit, but were incredibly uncomfortable for me. This style, the Coronados, have a MUCH more cushioned, contoured sole. They don't have as much arch support as, say, Chaco sandals, but they aren't totally flat, either. They also run wider than Converse, which for me is a plus (I don't typically need to buy a size W but Converse and Keds tend to be too narrow for me). So overall these shoes really have the potential to be far more comfortable and supportive than many other gym shoes in this style. They're also pretty darn cute.

Unfortunately they run a bit shorter than the Maderas, but not a full half size--the 7 was too short, so I exchanged for a 7.5, which was too big! With the harder rubber cap at the toe, I didn't want to risk a failed attempt at stretching out the smaller size.

So I would recommend these shoes for comfort and style, especially if you have somewhat wider feet, but I am very disappointed that they did not work for me.
