I adopted my ferrets when they were 5 years old, and they didn't get really great food when they were young, so I have a hard time finding food and treats that they'll eat. These are seriously the only treats I've found that they like. I'm not convinced they're 100% wholesome (unsure about the additives, preservatives and artificial flavors), but at least they're meat based. The ferrets really do seem to enjoy them, and I have to hope they're a little better than the Fruit Loops the previous owners gave as treats. The bag I got from Amazon was very fresh, and all of the treats were intact.

My ferrets totally go "bananas" for these treats haha! seriously though they totally love them! i like them because they're soft and easy to chew. to the people who are freaking out because its banana flavor, calm down. it clearly says on the back label that this treat is protein based and made from chicken. it smells like bananas but its made from chicken, kind of weird but totally safe for your ferr bears. havent tried any other flavor yet because they just love this one so much! thinking of maybe the peanut butter or the bacon ones next.

DO NOT FEED FERRETS THESE. It is dangerous to feed ferrets anything but high protein food, no fruit or sweets! Treats are really unhealthy for them and can lead to illness later in life and result in a shorter lifespan.

Ferrets are obligate carnivores. DO NOT FEED FRUIT, or fruit-based crap like this, to them. They will be fine at first but feeding sugar to your ferrets will give them insulinoma.
