Always good to buy something and get exactly what you are hoping for and this FitBit charging cable does not disappoint. I have used it multiple times when I travel and it has worked as it is supposed to. Both the USB and FitBit holder attach without a problem. So, if you need and extra charger, this one is a great deal.

i ordered this charger after loosing the original charge that came with my fitbit device. i did not realize that this charger was not the same as the original charger, nor did i see that written anywhere in the listing description. after receiving this new charger and attempting to charge my fitbit, the fitbit would not accept a charge. i contacted the fitbit company and they directed me to re-set my fitbit by sticking a pin into the pinhole of the charger while charging. it was pretty upsetting to find out this new charger i purchased does not have a pinhole like the original charger and therefore you can not re-set your fitbit when needed. i had to purchase a new charger direct from the fitbit company in order to re-set my unit. after waiting a week for this purchase to arrive just to find out it was not a usable substitute was quite frustrating. i would not recommend this purchase as a replacement, only as a secondary charger. if you are looking to have a second charger for a second location, it is just fine. but if you purchase it to use as your sole charger and run into any issue with your fitbit overtime you will not be able to re-set the device and find yourself with an unusable fitbit device.

Didn't fit the FitBit correctly. I expected it to snap in and hold, just like the original charger. I had to use an alligator clip to secure it in the charger so that contact was made to charge the Fitbit. Once I did this it worked, but I'd rather not have to. It's been a while since I purchased and it's still working fine. One star is only due to fit.

This item arrived on time as advertised but it did not work. It seemed to have a broken wire as the lights indicating it was charging only came on for a moment and then only when the cable was in 'just the right' position. bummer
