Directions: Apply a small amount of shampoo cleanser directly onto wet bristles. Gently massage against the palm of your hand under running lukewarm water. Rinse thoroughly to remove soapy residue. Gently squeeze excess water from bristles and reshape, laying flat to dry.

The actual cleaner itself is GREAT. This cleaner alone melts all that gunk out of your makeup brushes and gets them squeaky clean without drying them out. The smell of the product is nice but doesn't linger on your brushes at all. Why I'm giving such a great cleaner three stars? The darn useless bottle that it comes in! It's hard as a ROCK! You can't squeeze the product out of the bottle unless you're Popeye the sailor man! (-_-) Alot of people say the same thing, believe them. They need to change the bottle that they put this cleaner in. When you want to get product out, you have to screw the top off and pour the product directly into your palm which can waste alot of product. Change the bottle! *shakes fist*

First off, this product cleaned my makeup brushes better than soap or baby shampoo that I used to use. It really cleaned off all the built up makeup and oils. It's a great product, the only downside is that (like stated in other reviews) the bottle is uber hard. I have to squeeze with all my might to get a drop out! I'm thinking of transferring it to a travel squeeze bottle because of this. It's seriously like trying to squeeze a rock.

I did not find this product to work extremely well or even ok.. i had to use over half the bottle to partially clean my powder brush which had only gone about a week without a good cleaning. The bottle was also extremely rigid and very hard to squeeze meaning i had to take the lid completely off and just dump the product onto my brush making the process that much more of a pain in my butt!

The shampoo it's self is awesome, but getting it out of the bottle sucks. I've actually had to pour it into another squeezy bottle to have more control of how much shampoo comes out of the bottle when I am doing my monthly brush wash and sanitize routine.

The shampoo cleanser works really well to clean my makeup brushes. The only reason why I did not give it 5 stars is because the bottle is hard plastic so it is difficult to get all the product out. It is difficult to squeeze so I have just turned over my bottle and let it drip down to get most of the product out. I really hope they make a new bottle for the product!
