One of the best cold medicines I have found on the market lately. Other reviewers talk about the taste but I've never experienced that. Not sure what that would be about since they are pills. I've had this knock out a severe cold and keep me moving when nothing else will. Much better than dayquil/nyquil combos

This stuff works like magic. I have suffered from sinus infections since I was a kid and they always seemed to last 10-14 days no matter what I took, even with antibiotics. I start taking these at the first sign of a cold and every 4 hours and it is usually zapped in 2-3 days! Not sure about the taste, I take my pills by leaning my head back and popping the pills in then swallowing since I have a bad gag reflex so I never noticed.
