This unit is very small and while it may be regulation height it is not very wide. Forget about it if you are thinking adults could play on this set. No way is doubles possible. The poles are cheap plastic and the press clips that hold this together are poor quality. Pass on this one.

The racquets and shuttlecock worked great. The rest of it is absolute garbage. The telescoping poles are cheap plastic that opened up but would not telescope to close. When I tried to insert the poles into the base the sleeve pieces in the base fell apart.

Our family has enjoyed this badminton set, but there are definitely issues with it. The first set we received was defective and had both base tubes installed at an angle, so the net leaned. However, Amazon was awesome to quickly replace it. The second set was not crooked, so we are overall happy with the set.

Some things to keep in mind... 1) Based on other reviews and our own experience, don't be surprised if you get a defective set and then have to get a replacement. 2) It's a portable badminton set, so expect it to be lightweight and often things that are lightweight/portable don't hold up as long or as well, so if you're looking for something to setup and leave out in your backyard, this isn't likely what you should buy. 3) The clips inside the telescoping poles do take a bit of wiggling and patience to get the poles to collapse, and worse is removing the poles from the base tubes... so, if you don't have patience, nor a gentle (but firm) touch, or plan to let the kiddos take the poles down, then odds are that the poles won't last long for you, so you might not want to buy this set.

To answer a question above, the set is very lightweight and ideal for what is was intended (badminton), so it depends on what level of volleyball you are wanting to play... it should be fine, if players are not making contact with the net, you are using a "toy" weight volleyball, AND you are lightly volleying... However, if you are playing "real" volleyball with spiking and blocking at the net, overhand serves and returns, or even a regulation weight volleyball, then I would not suggest using this net; it is not made for impact.

Regarding wind, we haven't used it in the wind and badminton is something one would NOT ideally play in the wind either...Read more ›

It's a great idea/concept but it doesn't stay up well. We even put a brick in it to keep it from falling over and it still leans. Also, had problems taking the "legs" apart. Putting it up was a breeze but taking it down the legs that go into the bag kept getting stuck and wouldn't come out. Took quite awhile to finally get the leg out and put away. Will still use it but it's just not as "quick and easy" to use as I had expected.

I like this product...it took minutes to put together and my kids enjoyed hours of playtime. One of the arms is stuck open and wont retract. I find it irritating because we've only used it once and I can't put it all back together in the case because the arm wont retract. I would've given it 5 stars... hoping the company will replace it.

The plastic pipes holding the net is not uniform and there is miss alignment. One side of pipe is bending forward and other side is bending backward. It will stays at my home till it loose more shape, because I want my kids to get best out of it during this summer vacation. Then it may go to re-cycle trash.

This is a great set for the traveler or casual player at home. It literally sets up in seconds. The spring-loaded clips that lock the arms into place are fiddly and may break eventually but the ability to have portable badminton outweighs this tiny niggle.
