It is not as good as it was claimed to be. It goes crazy easily.. It does not have enought strength... It always smells like something inside is burning.. Makes to much noise.. But it is good to cut and to make sauses.. It some how burns food

The Kitchen Master is great! It saves us a lot of time while cooks us delicious food that we would not be able to cook by ourselves. We are really happy with it. I work from my home, and in average use it to cook at least one meal per day, usually using some ingredients that otherwise I would have no idea about what to do with them.

But the best of all is the customer service! I had a technical problem 10 months after buying it, and when I called Cedarlane they asked me my address and sent me a new one the next day free of charge!

its ok, it does the job but am not thrilled about a few features. first, there are too many individual parts, I not talking components. the handle is several parts, when fitting the lid and locking it into position, which is a very snug fit, the whole handle flexes a bit much. I can see where this maybe a break point for the future. the interior of the lid has all this raised groves, making scrapping out and clean up more difficult. the level to release the blades is plastic and again, flexes - another potential break point. as for the function: I hate the way the timer zero's out between settings. meaning if you start with heat and a low speed then move to a higher speed you must restart the timer. there are recipes where total time is relevant and you must remember to add it all up manually. why they made an on/off button is beyond me. that should have all been designed into the speed button. so if the speed is zero then the machine is off. wasted functionality. I don't like the pulse or intermittent movement at the low speeds. it would have been nice to have a constant movement low speed. it would have been nice to have a reverse blade movement also. oh well.

PROS:
I received the Bellini Kitchen Master in early December and have used it lots of times since then. I've used it to shred vegetables, make banana shakes, steam chicken, salmon and broccoli, grind nuts. I cooked pilaf rice in it, made pasta sauce from scratch, made beef stew and kneaded dough for croissants. So far everything turned out great. I love this machine. It really saves a lot of time.
I was originally considering buying a Thermomix, but was put off by the price. So I bought the Bellini instead and am glad I did. It has a lot of power (you can grind nuts to powder in less than 5 seconds) and works just as advertised. There are lots of Thermomix recipes on the internet that can be prepared with this machine, too. Just make sure you read the Bellini manual first because they give instructions on when not to use the mixer tool and how to knead dough. Very important! They say if you don't follow the instructions you could damage the machine. I also like that the scale is separate from the machine.
CONS:
Temperature display is in Celsius. I don't think this is a real problem. You convert the numbers once, write them on a piece of paper and have it handy when you use the Bellini. It doesn't bother me, but someone might not like that.
I don't think dough turns out that well even if you follow the instructions. It's okay, but could be better.

SUMMARY:
I love it and would definitely recommend it.
