My kiddos and I really like these straws. They are strong and thick and work well with smoothies and milkshakes. It is fun to see the color change when the ice cold liquid touches them. They go back to the original color in the places where you put your hand on the straws. The kids have fun watching the colors go back and forth. I'll use these to encourage water consumption during the hot summer months.
