Life saver! No more allergies symptoms. My doc recommended this spray for me, after I complained about allergies. He told me most allergies like symptoms (running nose, stiff nose, congestion, itchy eyes, sneezing like crazy, puffy eyes after a night, crusty stuff in eyes, cough etc.) are in fact a case of dry nose. Most other nose sprays, allergy relief sprays and meds DRY YOU OUT even more! The previous 3-4 years I've been self medicating myself with Zyrtec ... since I started using this spray before bed I have not needed any allergy meds!

I have had allergies all my life & regular nose spray isn't supposed to be used very often. Antihistamine makes me drowsy. I live in California where it is very dry so that makes my sinuses more susceptible to pain & infections. This is a gel so it actually stays in my nose & the relief is wonderful. It also keeps me from constant sniffling with regular saline spray. Relieves dryness at back of throat, too.

Have used this for several years now and am extremely happy with the product. Since it comes in a gel spray it is running and dripping all down your face. It works great for those cold and flu seasons when the products make your nose dry. I use it with Astelin, a Rx, and it is a miracle worker.

Works great so far in terms of what it says it does.
Two things to note though:
1. The bottle is not 100% filled. It is like 50% full only. Not sure if it is because it functionality requires or something else
2. The price is a bit over-priced compared to what it is in the store.

It's okay... it is not really as moisturizing as they say, it only lasts for half an hour or so.
It is much cheaper to use a neti pot (in fact, I bought the neti pot from this company) and either use their packets (they sell packets for mixing with water to create a saline solution) OR make your own saline solution with 1/3 to 1/2 a teaspoon of salt to 1-2 cups of water. This is what I do and I can make as much as I want without having to buy refills.

The best and only gel that works for me. I have gotten nose bleeds using others, and am quite sensitive, and always reach for NeilMed products to keep my nose lubricated.
For super dry noses in the winter, and bleed protection, I use non-petroleum jelly combined with Nasogel, and it works fantastically.
