Went to a sporting goods store near my house and they had one of these behind the glass case for around 80$. I looked them up on here and found the same reel WITH a rod for less than just the rest d at that store. Bought the combo immediately.
The reel feels smoother than any other spinner I've ever felt. Heavy and well constructed. Holds a huge amount of line so you can catch big fish that might peel a bunch of line.
Just today I bought a second persuit 2 6000 for 50$ at my local Big 5. Paired it up with a bit bigger rod than the combo I had previously gotten.
I've become a huge fan of the persuit line up. For the price I don't think you can do better.
If you're looking for a new spinning rod or reel, these are a really quality choice. Better than other more expensive similar products.
