  • 90% Nylon, 10% Spandex
  • Made in US
  • Tennis Elbow, Elbow Tendinitis, and Golfer's Elbow Relief: The compression elbow sleeve features Advance + Compression Technology - a cuff that is able to be folded over to provide a greater amount of compression to the upper forearm area. This helps to apply pressure where you need it the most to alleviate elbow pain.
  • Injury Prevention: The Zensah Elbow Sleeve helps to prevent injuries by stabilizing the muscles in the elbow area. This prevents injuries from developing and micro-tears of muscles. The elbow sleeve also has chevron ribbing for enhanced support to the forearm area.
  • Ultra-Comfortable Zensah Fabric: Made with advanced Zensah fabric, the Zensah Compression Elbow Sleeve is moisture wicking, anti-odor, and ultra-comfortable. The compression elbow sleeve will not become heavy with perspiration, staying lightweight. It is breathable, ensuring you don't get hot while wearing. It is made of a nylon and spandex blend. We guarantee this is the best elbow sleeve you will ever use.
  • Stays in Place and Full Range of Motion: The compression elbow sleeve features a no-slip cuff to prevent the elbow sleeve from slipping or sliding. Whether using the elbow sleeve for tennis or to treat elbow pain from an overuse injury, the compression in the elbow sleeve allows it to stay in place and not slip or slide unlike traditional tennis elbow straps. The lightweight design of the elbow sleeve provides a full range of motion unlike hard elbow braces.
  • One Elbow Sleeve per Purchase: Each purchase includes one single compression elbow sleeve. We also recommend that the elbow sleeve not be used during sleep.

Generally, I’ll compare the devices: Sleeve vs Band/Mfgr vs Mfgr. The existing Amazon reviews cover the individual pros & cons.

For months, I’ve been dealing with moderate to severe medial epicondylitis or “golfers elbow”. Both elbows – more pronounced in right (I’m right handed). As my elbow pain began to become a very persistent problem, I decided to find a “fix”. I’m pleased to say my elbows are much improved … read on.

The onset my elbow problems coincided with the failure of the pneumatic piston on my office chair which resulted in the chair sinking to the “bottom”/not staying at the desired height. Not realizing this would cause elbow problems, I procrastinated replacing the chair for a few months because, after all, it was still functional … just lower than I was accustomed to. Once the broken chair was identified as the problem, I immediately stopped using it and replaced it. Slowly, my elbows got better … but they were still injured and needed support to heal. Those of you that have epicondylitis from working at your desk, PLEASE try raising your chair up a few inches.

Replacing the chair put me on the road to recovery. However, I soon discovered that healing my “injured” elbows was going to take some time. Riding my bike (road & mountain) inflamed my elbows and set me back in the healing process. Same thing with golf. Taking divots & grounding the club was very painful.

Ongoing, my elbows would be especially painful in the morning. I had never experienced this pain before my office chair inflicted injury. I’ve researched & believe the pain is from sleeping with my arms tightly bent. Bending the elbow compresses the ulna nerve and flexes the injured tendon thus exacerbating the injury.

I had been wearing a brace "specially made" to treat tennis elbow obtained from my doctor. I wore that brace for months with no results. In fact, just putting that brace on hurt my elbow/arm. So, I decided to look for something else.

I found this and decided why not? So I bought one and gave it a try. My tennis elbow is from too much computer work (mouse arm).

After a week, my arm didn't hurt anymore. I still wear it when I'm on the computer, but my arm and elbow feel great.

Your mileage may vary, but this worked wonders for me.

I work out with weights regularly and get both tennis elbow (pain outside of elbow) and golfer's elbow (pain on inside of elbow), so I figured I'd give these a go. I find that they just don't seem to do very much for a serious workout. There simply isn't enough restraint. I still wear my forearm strap with them. I think that they would be fine for light duty (golf, working around the house) but not for serious activity like a workout or tennis.

READ THE SIZING CHART. Expect them to fit snugly since that's how they work; compression to keep the tendons restrained.

Pro- Well made. Comfortable
Con- not for serious stress.

I wear this arm brace every day that I Crossfit. Due to heavy lifting and a bad case of tennis elbow I felt I needed some extra support. It stays in place during the entire workout and despite being super sweaty it has not gotten stinky. I highly recommend.

It does seem to help some, some is better then nothing. I do massages for a living and having tendinitis, (tennis elbow) not comfortable to have when your a therapist. I use my forearms and elbows to massage, my tendinitis is pretty bad. This might work better for someone who is not so bad. I am trying to find every option to keep the inflammation down, or at least keep it at bay. This sleeve does compress enough to where I feel some relief. I had tennis elbow many years ago and it took nine months to disappear and I did get it from playing tennis, which I had to give up. I can still massage my clients, it will probably take longer to heal though. It does help and I will continue to use it until it goes away.
The length from my elbow to my wrist is 9", the larger part of my forearm is 9 1/2", and my lower bicep is 11 1/2" and I got the medium. I was going to get a small, but it would have been to tight. I WOULD BUY AGAIN.

I have a tendon issue similar to tennis elbow from a non-sports related accident 8 months ago. I injury is a nagging persistent elbow pain that hinders some of my activity. I am unwilling to be immobile for several weeks to let it fully heal, so I have decided to try a few compression sleeves.Prior to using this Zensah sleeve I was using a full arm compression sleeve (from a competitor). The main activity that causes strain on my elbow is throwing the football to my son nightly.

In comparing the Zensah sleeve to the full arm sleeve I was surprised that I got better results from the smaller Zensah sleeve; naturally I thought bigger would be better. While the full arm sleeve offered support through my whole arm, the Zensah sleeve was able to target the compression support to where I needed it; at my elbow. I believe the reason this is the case is that with the smaller sleeve I can fold the cuff at the bottom over to put extra support on that tendon. I can't do that with a full arm compression.

I definitely like the comfort of the sleeve and it seemed breathable. The only issue is that I did need to readjust the sleeve about 3x's during an hour workout with my son. I have a medium, I don't think a small would have fit. I would definitely recommend this sleeve if you are looking for elbow support
