These gauges are absolutely perfect. Each gauge contains four different radii, to cover most common necks. There is a hole in each, which lends for it to easily be attached to a key ring, so that you do not need to dig as deeply in the toolbox for these.

While they are not something that I use every day, these - along with a set of understring radius gauges, make the task much easier, and removes a lot of the guesswork.

Great tool for guitar set up. Easily helps you set up your string radius on your guitar. Find your model specs, pick the right radius gauge, set up and adjust. Very easy. I do suggest using a small flashlight to shine on the area where the gauge meets the string to easily see the gaps.
