We like most Loma Linda products, but we LOVE these Swiss Stakes. They really do taste like a tender ground beef patty with brown gravy. Serve them up with mashed potatoes and gravy--or make a delicious, moist vegetarian sandwich with Daiya vegan cheese on Alvarado Sprouted Bread (another amazing find: hard to believe it is so tasty and hearty without wheat: Trader Joe's brand is also great).

I am a meat hobbyist, husband is 'no meat' vegetarian. This product, I add a 'steak' sauce to its' gravy in warming up on stovetop, pair w/ mash potatoes and veggie, yum. You get 4, so makes for a nice meal for two.

Yummy, and this brand is one of the best to trick a meat eater with. My man did not know the difference and ate two of these "steaks" up with mash potatoes and the gravy
