I owned a 4S speck case with the flexible back hinge and when I upgraded to the 5C - I wanted that same quality, design and protection that my previous speck case offered. I wanted a blue case for my white phone. The color was exactly as photographed - navy blue with sky blue accents. Went perfectly with my apple sky blue 3 inch charger component in same color. Perfectly fit my Iphone 5C snug and aligns with all the buttons, speaker and charger port.

Putting it on is fast and easy right out the box..... taking off..... You'll have to master removing the case from its edges as it's really secure once its on but it IS protective. I don't have any scratches or a cracked screen and I've dropped it on concrete, carpet, brick and tile flooring. Its fallen at normal speed from shoulder or table heights. Survived and thrived as planned!

In order to uses NON-Apple charger pieces (I have two 8 pin 10 ft chords) I do have to remove the cover completely to get the pins to have the correct fit. To me, its not that's not a big deal if you're charging in a stable location like a desk or night stand. If I'm in the car, I have to take about a minute to remove before driving. Then put the cover back on before exiting the car. I've used this case and my apple 5C case interchangeably depending upon which charger I'm using. Works perfectly with factory edition charger.

The opening around the Lightning port is very small, making this case incompatible with the AmazonBasics USB A to Lightning cable. Also looks and feels cheaply made, not what I was expecting considering the price. Fortunately, I was able to get a full refund with free return shipping thanks to Amazon's stellar customer service.

I just bought this case not even two weeks ago and started using it and dropped my phone maybe a foot- a foot and a half up on accident and my phone shattered so badly that pieces came out. Not only did it not protect my case but for the iPhone 5c the rims dig into the part where the color part of the phone and screen meet so it starts to separate them which obviously over time will ruin snd disconnect the screen. if you look at the picture i included you can start to see the top part of the screen poking out and this is after only 2 weeks. I want to send it back for a full refund but I obviously threw away the box awhile ago. not happy, I have to buy a new phone and will be purchasing an otterbox case instead.

I've always loved the quality of Speck cases. This was a gift for my daughter. She loves all things blue and loves that it (for the most part) covers her hand me down iPhone 5c in Seasick green! Very comfortable when holding and using the phone. We've been lucky with Speck in the past and believe it will hold up just fine. The cut out for the ring/silent button is a little off and doesn't cause a major inconvenience. The volume tabs are fine and so is the camera. Glad it was $10! I've spent $35 in the past on Speck!

This is my third Speck case. I had one for my iPhone 4s for about 9 months. It worked like a champ, but then the little plastic piece surrounding where the plug goes in broke, so I ordered another Speck case. It worked fabulously until my 4s crapped out at the age of 13 months (one month out of warranty!). I had to get a new phone, so I got an iPhone 5c and another Speck case. I have converted a couple of my girlfriends to Speck cases too. I even convinced another shopper at the apple store to buy a Speck case! I have dropped my phone so many times, but it has never ever shattered as long as the Speck case was on. It is somewhat difficult to get the phone out of the case, but that's the point - it's protective and will not just fall out of the case. The back of the case will get scratched up from normal use. Who cares - the phone is protected!

I was having trouble finding a case that would allow me to hold the phone in such a way that I could type with my thumbs. All the cases were too slick and I almost dropped the phone a few times. This is a fantastic case. Still rather slim and easy to hold, but offers a good deal of protection. Fits very snugly. It does add more weight than expected, but not too much. No issues with the camera or input/output ports so far, & all the buttons align perfectly. The green is NOT the same as pictured, which is my biggest complaint. The dark part is a forest colour, the light green is a pretty obnoxious safety-lime that clashes-- not the grassy/moss green in the photo at all. Overall a great case, I just would have ordered it in black or white (which doesn't discolour like other white cases- my friend has one) instead!
