Before buying these, I had read complaints about Syba's other headphones from other reviewers. They'd said that the headphones were too small and intended for children. I didn't find this to be an issue at all, and I prefer a snug fit instead of headphones that will eventually give out on me. I'm a grown man and they fit perfectly on my head. You can easily adjust them if your head is larger than the preset/fully closed position. Usually headphone bands tend to wear down on me over time and stretch out anyway, making them too large for my head, so the sturdiness of this pair is nice. I have them for everyday laptop use, and so far they're working very well. I always go for over-ear headphones with a single cord on the left side, and that's what these are. Nice design, easy to use, good sound.

I am an artist that designs headphones with Swarovski crystals. I'm also a professional singer, so I'm constantly surrounded by music. I'm not a professional technician or studio diva - decibels and frequency range numbers mean about as much to me as quantum physics, but I do consider myself fairly tuned in to subtleties and variances of many types of music. I've been buying different brands and styles of headphones to see what will be the best type to design, as well as give a halfway decent overall sound, for a reasonable price - as opposed to just covering a cheap pair of knockoffs with crystal and hoping that no one cares as much about the sound as they do about the flash.

I gotta say - these headphones are not bad at all! They're lightweight, they don't pinch my ears or give me a headache (even with reading glasses on), they've got a simple but pleasant design (love the colors they come in as well), and they sound good! I mean, a die-hard audiophile might spank me for saying so because there isn't a strong "bass" sound, and I'm sure for $15.00-20.00, they aren't going to sound like Bose or anything, but I turned these babies up full blast on my PC to the point where I couldn't hear the outside world or even myself belting out the tunes, and the sound was crisp and full. I would absolutely recommend these for someone who just wants a nice sounding, inexpensive headphone.

I've been wearing these for nearly an hour now, and my ears haven't started to heat up or feel constricted.

That's my $ .03, for what it's worth.

I just received these yesterday! I didn't read the comments until after I ordered, because I loved the design so much and wasn't really thinking. Once I did, I was suddenly worried that the headphones were designed for children. I'm not a child, I just love purple and needed some new headphones that didn't go into my ears because those are so gross to me. I'm a grown woman, and they fit my head just fine. They aren't tight, and they do stretch even if they were. If they do snap anytime soon, I'll update my review to say so. I don't feel any tension in the frame when I wear them, at least. They probably wouldn't fit my boyfriend, who has quite a large head, but don't worry if you have a normal-sized-noggin about them fitting. They have great sound, and are very comfortable!

I am so happy with these headphones! I needed something that my autistic son would wear while on the computer. He is super fussy about what he wears on his head, so I was prepared for these to not be a winner. But, for the money, it was worth a try. I'm so glad I did! He put them right on and has worn them with no problem ever since. I also tried them and they are very comfortable and the sound is great. Definitely a bargain considering what I saw elsewhere.

I bought 2 pairs, Teal and Purple; one for my 4year old and one for my 10 years old- both avg size. I wanted something that went over the ear for a plane ride. These were perfect. These fit my head and my 10yr old fine, no issues and they could hear their music/movies fine without having to crank the volume. The 4yr old can use them fine but they are a bit loose (they don't fall off or anything, they are just for a bit older kid IMO). Despite the reviews, these are adult headphones, but do work fine for kids due to the design. They are comfortable, have decent sound for $15 and have held up nicely. I have noticed the yellow ones (the ugly ones.. lol) go on sale for $4.99-5.99 from time to time.

I order these for my 3 year old daughter because kids headphones have volume limits which can be good but usually not on an airplane as they do not get loud enough.

My expectations were not high given the price but again, they are for a 3 year old. I tried them first with my Iphone and a downloaded song. Amazing quality sound, crisp notes, bass and treble tones perfectly blended... If they made these in anything but purple and yellow I would trade in my skullcandy's that cost 4 times these based on sound quality.

UPDATE: still amazing. Just ordered another pair for my 4 year old. They now added a smartphone controller to the cord. Works good in Iphone. While these are not $200 headphones they sound like most $50+ pairs or better. The size is a bit smaller so not for a larger adult male head.. But my wife can use them with some room to spare, but also perfect for 3+ kids.

The build quality is on the slightly cheaper side but they seem sturdy enough to last.

If this is your price point click BUY now. Spending 2-3 times more you may get a slight edge on build but not much better sound quality out there unless you drop the big big bucks.
