Seems like a decent product, but Amazon freight shipping via Ceva Logistics is a mess. Shipment wasn't delivered during the promised window and nobody called to inform of this. It didn't even arrive at the local Ceva terminal until 2 days later, and was delivered over a week later. I had to call to arrange the redelivery window since nobody bothered to reach out.

When they finally showed the second time (later than the promised window), the Ceva logistics delivery crew was sloppy - hit a tree on the previous delivery, and took the tree with them in the truck. Since this blocked removal of truck contents, my pallet truck had to be removed from the truck in parts and lifted over the tree so it was pretty banged up before they got it out of the truck.

Overall, I'll never order products of this type from Amazon again. Sticking to small "box sized" items is all they seem equipped to deliver reliably via services like UPS. Their freight partners are a joke for larger items.

I purchased two of these. Within a few months, the steering arm on one of them froze. I contacted manufacturer and after going round and round for over a month, they sent me a set of bearings - I need to tear the unit apart myself to replace the bearings. Their warranty is worthless and the product doesn't seem to be much better. The other unit I purchased from them is still working fine.
