We use these for a dust-free cleaning on our microscopes in the clinical skills portion of a course I teach. They are true to Kimwipe quality, although the package was a little rough when they arrived. I've also used them in chemistry labs to wipe glassware clean/dry without excessive particulate contamination like you would get from a tissue or paper towel.

I'm sorry but these wipes are absolutely terrible. Even when adding a little water, they have great difficulty in cleaning even the most basic dirt such as fingerprints on a smart phone screen. As for glasses, you're better off using your shirt sleeve. They barely pick anything up on even a small camera lens, either. Don't be fooled by the famous Kimberly Clark name. This product is lousy. Look elsewhere for another brand.

Best tissues for cleaning lenses of any kind. Just be sure to use the appropriate lens cleaning solution and don't use them dry. Used to use these for expensive clinic microscope objectives and lenses. Now retired, I use them at home.

I was looking for wipes to clean my glasses and ive seen many professionals using these so I bought a box. I also bought moistened wipes for the same purpose and I've come to prefer those as they clean my glasses better. Just a matter of personal preference.
