I like the Au Naturale Products and decided to try the sulfate-free shampoo. My hair is long and thick and considered type 2 hair. As soon as I put the shampoo in my hair really expanded and felt more coarse. I will use it until I find another sulfate-free shampoo that I like.
After i put in the conditioner though, my hair tamed back down. since I wear my hair in it's nature state so the conditioner really helps.
Of course if you are some one who wants for volume - then this one could be perfect for you.

I normally use the hydrasoak shampoo of this line but decided to try this instead, it is good for once a week or every couple of weeks because it really strips the hair of oil. It took two days to get my hair back to the way it was. Also it is very thick and takes forever to rinse.

I have sisterlocks and absolutely love this shampoo. I dilute it as I do with all shampoos for my hair and it stills leaves my hair feeling clean and soft. Some shampoos for locks leave your hair feeling stripped, this does not. I also love the smell. After 5 days my hair still smells fresh and clean.
