Taste-wise, I give these a 5 star review. I'm taking a star off for the price.

That being said, I know it's GNC and $30 is a great price for them. But I have a hard time spending money on vitamins. I just don't have the extra money it requires to take them every day. But when I do have a little throw away money (thank you tax return!) I get these as a treat.

I know that probably sounds stupid- treating myself to vitamins, but these are sooooo good! Honestly, I could eat the whole bag in one sitting. (I tried to the first time I got them, then I remembered they were $30 and I couldn't just snack on them.) I don't normally like chewy's, but these are my exception. And the flavor is great-seriously, I wish they made candy like this so I could snack on it. They're not chalky like some vitamins. And they're not gummies, where you have to chew and chew and chew. These are a real treat. I've got 3 left and I'm trying to ration them out as treats for busy days. Someday I'll be able to afford to take a daily vitamin like a normal person, but until then I'll just occasionally treat myself to one of these vitamin chews. (And/or steal samples of them from my local GNC.)

If you can chew them and avoid your tongue and swallow them without generating a whole lot of saliva -- then yeah -- then are, okay. They are great vitamins, but they taste exactly like if you VOMITED IN YOUR MOUTH AFTER CHEWING VITAMINS AND THEN TRIED TO EAT THEM AGAIN. It's bad, like really bad. Why are people saying these don't taste that bad. They taste REALLY BAD. It took me two weeks just to get used to the taste and develop a technique to tolerate them. I have to 1. take them both at once. 2. have a drink on standby 2. avoid my tongue 3. swallow them without fully chewing them, as soon as they are "chewed enough." and finally, 4. hold my breath. Seriously, what other vitamins have you people chewed that make these taste good? GOOD GAWD!

I'm a gastric bypass patient and can only eat chewable vitamins. These are by far the best tasting and most effective. I love them even more than the specialized bariatric vitamins. They taste like a starburst instead of a vitamin.
