After a long 3 week road trip, i unloaded the car, left my ac converter plugged in, and apparently engaged a rear passenger dome light because after 2 straight weeks of sub 20 below weather, the battery was completely drained on my v8, 4 door sedan. It was so weak the locks would barely open. So, I hopped on amazon, almost bought some cheapos, but, I spent 12$ more and got these 4ga bad boys. She fired up hard, after only a couple of minutes on the charge. High quality, Great handles and gripping tension, best i've ever held. looks to last a lifetime. I highly recommend.

This is a must have in your trunk. Even if you only use them once they will pay themselves off, especially considering the a tow is around $150. These cables of are a high quality. The clamp jaws/teeth are designed to be able to position them in many different ways on different styles of battery terminals. The length is adequate. You can never have too much cable length,only too little. Buy the longest cables possible. I had the fortunate/unfortunate (depending on how you look at it) experience of putting these cables into action a week after they were purchased. These cables were able to jump a completely dead battery in under a minute. My old cables took about 15 minutes to get enough juice to the dead battery. I would compare the gauge and efficiency of these cables to sucking water out of a glass. Would it be quicker to do with a straw or a hose? Well, these cables are the hose on steroids! A must buy, extremely high quality item. Would definitely buy again or recommend to a friend/family member.

I liked the cable length. I was pleasantly surprised to find a pair of gloves and a brush in the bag.
Good product for riding around in a trunk of a car and occasional use. The bag was well made and the cables were a tight fit in the bag.

These cables are the ones to get. Heavy duty, color-coded, with correct instructions for hooking them up attached to the cable set. Also includes a nice set of gloves to keep your hands clean when using them, and a brass toothbrish to clean the battery terminals if needed. The 16' length is more than enough to reach another vehicle in 99% the time. All in all, great product at a very decent price!

Nice cables BUT you can buy pretty much the same thing at HOME DEPOT FOR $15.00. Husky: 20ft, 4g and UL listed. Also it comes in a plastic suitcase for storage. NP WITH THAT AT ALL!!! Considering the price difference :)

An inquisitive nephew was asking about jumper cables for his car. This led to a search for the "just right cables". The bright gauge, length and clamps. This packs it all together and then some.
There's enough length to reach across the car if necessary and the gauge size is perfectly suited to the length. The clamps are strong but not too big and it comes with a storage bag, gloves and a battery/battery cable cleaning brush. A perfect gift that was delivery with perfect timing.
