Being from the west Texas town of El Paso I have missed Mexican Oregano since moving to the Canadian border in NY. We ordered this along with Juanita's Menudo. The fresh, pungent taste of the Mexican oregano is great. I believe that this is fresher than anything i used to buy in El Paso. Great product!

Nice size container. Very nice aroma! I had started to notice many recipes calling for this and it wasn't available in the grocery store, so I found it on Amazon for a decent price. It is definitely a spicier type of oregano and I like the flavor. It could be added to many recipes that are savory and of course Mexican cuisine.

Lots of stems! The leaves are quite big as well. I use this to fill a smaller bottle in my spice cabinet. I have to remove the stems and crush up the leaves otherwise it will not come out of the (rather large) shaker holes. Overall a good value but a hassle to remove the stems.
