I received this as a Christmas gift. My daughter and her husband also bought 2. Two out of 3 never worked. Mine worked for a very short time. The idea is great but the company doesn't stand behind their product. As a Dental Hygienist I cannot in good faith recommend this to patients. Don't waste your money!

I ordered 3 Violife Zapi Luxe UV Toothbrush Sanitizers directly from the company website (not via Amazon): one white and 2 ninjas. They arrived, and one of the ninjas didn't work. The outside blinking light worked, but the UV light did not. I contacted the company, and they requested that I remove the batteries, clean the battery connections with rubbing alcohol, and try again. I pointed out the absurdity of them suggesting it was the battery connection if one of the lights was working fine. They ended up telling me they'd send a new one. Here I will take a moment to note the only positive in this entire purchase experience: They didn't make me go through the trouble of shipping the broken one back to them. In the meantime, the white one started acting up. Sometimes the light didn't work, but usually it did, so I let it go. When the replacement arrived, it was NOT the ninja style, but a plain white one, so after ordering 2 ninjas and 1 white, I ended up with 1 ninja and 2 white. Now the original white has stopped working completely, exactly one month after placing my order, which means less than 1 month of use. I'm going to contact the company again, but honestly, I don't want a replacement. I either want a refund, or to get one of the family 4-holder styles instead. I'd be willing to give that a try as it's an older product so maybe the quality is more consistent at this point. Who knows. But I definitely regret this purchase and would strongly advise people not to buy!!!

I love this thing. I use it way more than I thought I would, I guess I'm going on trust here that its actually working haha....I have a nasal irrigator with a removable head and I love that I can put that inside it too. I guess I will not know really if it isn't doing its job.....but I sure FEEL better using it on my kids and husbands toothbrushes every day

Unfortunately disappointed could not open the device to insert batteries it was like they were glued shut and we didn't want to break them I'm 6'4" and 250 lbs so not a weakling LOL ! sorry I can't recommend hope I see my refund?

A piece of crap! I bought 7 of these as Christmas gifts NONE OF THEM worked past 2 weeks, the ultra violet light stopped working, the company refused refund because it was past the 30 days of purchase ( I bought them well before Christmas) i am out a lot of money, I hope people buying these check the light ASAP. I also hope the company goes belly up!

We had one that lasted 2-3 years, so while I read the bad reviews, I ignored them, since our previous one was so reliable. This one lasted 3 days, I think. It would alternate between not coming on and having the in use light blink forever with the UV light not coming on. Sent it back....very disappointed.
