No issues with the seller. I am trying to introduce a more vegetarian diet into my life. So I have tried to make some substitutes with meats to TVP. I used this in some chili and it was ok. TVP is basically really nasty stuff unless you season the crap out of it. At this point I would rather use some real meat in anything vs. this stuff.

No fat/cholesterol/blood or yuck in it.....
Try adding to soups,dips, etc. too. Absorbs the flavorings/spices that you add.

This product has been my introduction to dry TVP and I've been hooked ever since. As others have noted, it works great in chili and tacos, but I've also had great success making everything from veggie burgers to jerky using a gluten binder. The price for this is lower than any similar product I've come across on amazon, and though I've already ventured into the other shapes and sizes of textured vegetable protein, I'll definitely be reordering this before I run out.
