UPDATE 3/2014:

Now 9 in our family. 3 with gluten issues. STILL a hit with everyone. Even my husband, who doesn't like GF flours and politely says "No thanks" to all GF baked goods and breads, loves this cornbread. We have even used it several times at huge Thanksgiving gatherings and everyone raved. No one guessed it was GF. For the health conscious: it is heavy in butter. But it's cornbread, most people put butter or honey on it anyway. I don't anymore. Just eat up. Yum!

For years, I've been looking for cornbread like Mom used to make. I've finally found it. Pamela's cornbread mix has it all. It's quick and easy to prepare and it tastes heavenly. All the make-from-scratch recipes I've tried tend to be rather dry. Pamela's cornbread is delightfully moist and it stays moist if you don't get it all eaten at once. In fact, it's so moist it tastes good even without butter. It has just the right degree of sweetness. You can also make cornbread muffins from it and I've discovered they freeze well. In addition, Pamela provides variations on the recipe if you're looking for something a little different. I have no hesitation in giving this product a resounding five stars. I like it so well I order it from Amazon in bulk.

I absolutely loved corn bread and thought that I would have to stop eating it when I went gluten free. Then Pamela's came out with this super easy and versitile corn bread mix. I immmediately ordered a case having never tried it before because it was a Pamelas product and I have yet to find something I don't like of hers. Anyway, I would definate recommend that if you love corn bread because you will not be disappointed.

Loved this mix, easy to make, ok to use extra or different ingredients. Added walnuts and bananas, used apple sauce instead of butter or oil, used honey in place of the sugar, added granola, nuts, dried cranberries and cherries, and flax seed to have some variety. Served to company many times.

Delicious! So easy to make, and so delicious. My family loves it, and so do our friends. I make this for any potluck dinners and it's always a hit. I have been asked for the recipe countless times, and always give Pamela the credit. The recipe gives alternatives for the ingredients; I use half the sugar called for, and replace it with ~1/6 cup of honey, and although 1/2 cup of butter makes it higher in calories, it definitely makes for a rich taste!
My only comment is that the mix is hard to find in my area; when I do (often in the health food store $$$), I always buy a few. I'm glad it's available online at a more reasonable price.

I was making breakfast for my girlfriend's mom who avoid gluten the way that my rabbit would avoid the sound of a harmonica. I didn't know how to play the harmonica, so I would just inhale and exhale making god awful sounds, and it wasn't until I saw my rabbit running for her life that I realized she truly hated harmonicas. I can only imagine what sort of horrible blood-sucking creature my poor rabbit was imagining could make that sort of noise.

ANYWAYS, I was making gluten-free pancakes and decided to also make some biscuits, so I ordered this thinking it would be so-so. I was extremely happy with the biscuits that came out. I had ordered a couple of bags and cooked them all so I had leftovers and they were awesome the following days. I am not a gluten-free person, but really loved these biscuits!! Buy them!

I was so sad when I found out I had to go gluten free because one of my favorite dishes is corn casserole. And then I found Pamelas Cornbread mix. I think this gluten free mix is even better than the gluten box version! Whether I am making muffins, corn casserole, or cornbread stuffing, it always turns out wonderful! LOVE this mix!
