I have profound hearing loss and tried a number of blue tooth ear pieces and head phones which always allowed ambient noise which other party I would be talking to hear it, at the same I could hardly understand what was being said to me. I purchased this Cobra Blue Tooth and all has changed and all has now changed. It works great! Unbelievable talk time and needs a charge occasionally. Only drawback is it cannot be used while it is being charged.
