This was just a disappointment. Functionally, I'm sure everything will work out ok, but there is a serious problem with QC in this company.
When I got the MM2 tier shelf, I opened the box to find all of the hand locking nuts randomly strewn about. I thought that was a bit weird. I started putting the shelf together and discovered that the bottom side of the bigger shelf was missing several nuts, not only that, but the screws that these nuts should have been on were all different lengths, and some of them rather long, making it dangerous to lay this shelf by itself on anything for transport, as it will scratch it to death. Now I noticed that I had an odd number of thumb screws to put everything together, but strangely enough, in place of the final thumb screw I have a screw with a standard nut on it thrown in. It's like they had run out of thumb screws and had decided to sell it anyways. Finally I noticed that connection points where the shelf will connect with the RocknRoller arms has some bent fastners, meaning that it will have to be bent back out in order to attach it.
Now seriously none of the issues can't be resolved without a quick trip to home depot, but for an $80 shelf? come on, get your act together!

Took a little effort to get the holes lined up, but when I did it was a great shelf. I really like that the lower shelf has a lip all the way around it to help keep stuff from rolling off. You can tell the carpet is cheap, but it does the job.

Same issues as above review. The shelf arrived in a damaged box. When I opened it, the nuts and bolts on the large deck were all very loose and one nut was missing. The brackets for the top shelf were crooked and loose. Not sure that its worth the cost.
