I love these for my tree nut, egg & dairy allergy kids and I eat them too, but why are they so expensive amazon? I can get the same box at the grocery store for 3 bucks. Change the price and put them on subscribe and save and you will have a loyal fan base in the allergy community.

These are my favorite new granola bars! Sometimes when I'm craving chocolate and need sweets, I eat one at my desk w/out feeling guilty. I even shared them with my 11 yr old niece and 13 yr nephew, they loved it and asked for more. I usually do not like eating regular granola bars, but this one is the best and doesn't taste awful like most I've eaten.

Have had great success ordering Kashi products from Amazon for years. However, last 2 items seemed second quality. Bars broken and not crisp as usual. Sell-by dates are 9 mos in future so shouldn't be stale with age. Individual packaging not damaged but substandard. Like q/c would have pulled them aside for donation but not sale. If they were electronics, would suspect knock-off. And, yeah, I order a lot of these so subtle differences are easily apparent to me. One more order and if not up to usual high quality, I'll start shopping for these elsewhere.

Purchased these through subscribe and save program at Amazon (which brings the price down quite a bit, especially if youu have 5 or more individual items). They are DELICIOUS. There are indeed 10 bars - in 5 packs - and even the serving size says 2 bars. So think of this as a snack that you and your body will enjoy far more than the common candy bar, and a comparable price.
