No doubt when I roll on the beach this summer in these red, white and blue shorts of liberty, it will be with all eyes on these awesome, freedom-loving britches. These board shorts are the real world manifestation of Abraham Lincoln giving a big thumbs up while driving a souped up low-riding El Camino blasting "Fortunate Son" by CLR out of the speakers full blast. Over the noise of the waves crashing on the beach, I swear I'll hear the sound of George Washington body-slamming King George III from the top ropes for the pin, Jimmy "Superfly" Snuka-style. I can't even begin to tell you how patriotic I feel wearing these shorts. I could do with additional pockets (it just has the one cargo pocket on the left side)

The only thing this is missing is a complementary bald eagle or beer holster.

These are awesome! I ordered them for my husband for our 4th of July trip to Florida. Based on reviews, I ordered the 38 rather than the 36. He is 5'10" and about 205 pounds. They looked huge when I pulled them out of the package, but they fit perfectly. I'm glad we did not order the 36, which is his normal jean size. The reason I gave it 4 rather than 5 stars is because the white is see through. He will need to wear something underneath.

These shorts are great. I have always been a fan of O'Neil board shorts. My friends and I planned a Murica themed float trip and as soon as i saw these i knew they would be a hit with everyone. They are light and comfortable. The material drys quickly so i wasn't walking out of water long with wet shorts. I also wore them to six flags a few times and on one occasion a lady walked up and asked where i got them. She said her son would love these. Bonus: they came with a ping pong ball. By far, my favorite par of board shorts.
