If you think you are buying a 14" attachment as the description indicates then you will be disappointed.
The 14" length is not what arrived.

I'm terribly sorry. It appears that that Amazon messed up our data upload. We are in the process of making the correction. The 14-inch statement goes along with the 2-1/2" accessory. If you did not get the nozzle and a squeegee then you should return it, because there has to have been an error in shipment. We seal up the entire kit in plastic and it should contain the nozzle, the brush and holder (already installed), the rubber squeegee, and instructions on how to change out the inserts. The insert and brush will need to be removed with a flat screwdriver, and then install the rubber squeegee. If all these parts are not present you should have a new one sent. The picture does show the nozzle, the insert, the brush, and the rubber squeegee all separate, and that may be confusing when 2 of the parts are installed when you receive the WS12510A.The only additional part you should see outside of the nozzle is the rubber part of the squeegee and the instructions.
