Great, compact - yet not too small - wireless keyboard for the price. Very user friendly feel and design. Sometimes the connectivity delays or is not responsive, but all it takes to remedy the problem is to unplug then plug back in the dongle, or hit the connect button on the back. This rarely happens and isn't a major issue - it's the only reason why I couldn't give it 5 stars.

I am updating this review some time after I composed the original review. Recently I misplaced the small USB dongle that plugs into your device, giving the keyboard wireless connectivity. As you might guess, without this dongle the keyboard is useless. I contacted HP Sales/Customer Service for a replacement USB dongle, and "unfortunately this product is not sold separately." I find this to be extremely foolish product oversight by HP. The USB dongle is tiny and very easy to lose, and without it the keyboard is inoperable. One would think a replacement USB dongle can be ordered straight from HP, but that is not the case. Now I must purchase a brand new keyboard, when the keyboard I have presumably works fine, I just no longer have the USB dongle. The dongle is tiny and very easy to lose, and I know I'm not the only person to have this issue, so I'm not sure why HP doesn't have the foresight to provide a replacement USB dongle.

Because of HP's nonsensical product sales options, the next keyboard I purchase WILL NOT be from HP. If you're better at keeping track of tiny objects than I am, I would recommend the keyboard because when it is fully operational the keyboard works just fine. Sure, it might be my fault that I misplaced the USB dongle, but I am only 1 fallible man. HP is a multi-billion dollar company, and one would think that they would sell replacement USB dongles to people in my predicament.

Needed a new keyboard and I'm glad I chose this one. The keys are raised a little higher than the newer ones which makes typing easier for me. It is also much quieter than the one that came with my computer. Very happy with my purchase.

I picked this up from sears they had a close out on them for $6

I can now see why they are so cheap this is probably one of the worst wireless keyboards I have ever owned. The USB dongle is not always picked up by the keyboard. on top of that they keyboard is not always picked up by the usb dongle either.... there is no light indicator this keyboard is even on or if the battery is low. The keys are not always picked up by the computer leaving a lot of mistyping and backspaces or double characters.

for the $6 I paid though its not even worth the gas to take it back. so I am still using it. There is no weight to this keyboard it feels cheaply made and acts cheaply made this is the last HP keyboard I will ever buy.... I am not even joking when I say my $13 Chinese made Bluetooth iPazzport keyboard works better than this.

Tabs that raise it broke off. Partly my fault as I was slamming my hand on the keyboard. Which brings me to the unreliable part of the review... I feel like I was constantly blowing out the keyboard due to keys not working. On the plus side, since the tab broke off, I can only use it flat now & it seems to be much more reliable. Still not perfect.

Not worth it. I got this for my husband who's the techie of the house. As soon as he got it out of the box and plugged it in, he noticed that some of the main keys didn't work. He tried to fix them but nothing worked. He thinks it was just a bad keyboard or that something happened during the shipping process. Either way now have a keyboard that wont work.

Full size and very light weight. After using a full size wired keyboard for years it feels like it could break. But I do not believe this to be true. Has everything a full size keyboard needs without all the extras you really never use anyway. Fits perfectly on my under desk keyboard drawer. Only thing I could see it needing is a on/off button. Might go through some batteries but honestly even if it did I would probably forget to turn it off at the end of the day anyway. For the price I do not think you will regret this purchase.
