I like mixing mine with fresh blackberries, blueberries and raspberries and sometimes a bit of brandy. It is also great on it's own. I add it to my almond torte with cranberry jam recipe which I found on line, but decided to try it try it with melba sauce instead and love it. It make a great sauce on several other desserts.
