I ordered this product for my 2004 Honda Odyssey, the item looked brand new, and took only about 20-30 Min to install, I did not take the inside panal off, replaced it by removing the outside panal, was a little tricky reconnecting the cable, but it works smoothly.

Delivery was faster than expected as it took 3 days to get the product. Product looked new and genuine Honda part. Installation was a bit tricky as I didn't want to remove the interior panels to loosen the cable tension, but in the end I removed the interior panels and it was a breeze to install. After a week, the sliding door with the new rollers are working perfectly.
