this was shipped folded up in the large envelope. I place the strips out on the sun to warm up and used a hair dryer to get the folds out. No installation instruction. I cleaned the surface and then wipe it down with alcohol pad. I preposition to check for correct alignment prior to pealing the adhesive paper and attached to the truck.

Great fit and protection

One week after purchasing my new truck, a co-worker stepped on the door sill paint and left a pretty good sized scratch. I found these on Amazon, and decided to try them. I am very pleased with the fit and level of protection. The front set offers additional protection to the side of the door sill, so I purchased a second set so I could install this style in the back of my Crew Max Cab. It would be nice if the manufacturer offered this option. If they did, my rating would go up to 5 stars!

Just what the truck needed!

This product is just what the 2014+ Toyota Tundras need. Before this product, my Toyota Tundra had areas on each door sill that was exposed. Being that the truck sits up very high, I had friends that would sometimes step on the uncovered and painted area to get in. The result was a bunch of little scratches by the door. This product is just enough to cover that area and help protect the paint of your nice truck. The only reason why I give it 4 stars rather than 5 is that the rear door protectors don't have the same wrap around to the side as the front doors.

These protectors do say "Tundra" on the front ones which add a nice touch.

These are perfect! They are a tough feeling material

These are perfect! They are a tough feeling material, possibly vinyl. The ones for the front protect the door seal and fold down protecting a bigger area - the word TUNDRA is visible along the seal when you open the doors. The back is half as wide but still cover along the seal well- they don't have writing on them. I've had them installed for over a year now and they still look great! I would definitely purchase again.

Quality Product - I wish the back door sill protectors overlapped the sides like the front

Like others with the crew max, I wish the back door sills overlapped the sides, thus the four star rating instead of five. They probably could have been a few inches longer as well. I don't think Tundra has a regular cab or I'd just recommend people order two sets so they could have all overlapping side sill protectors. I do like the quality of the material and application was very simple even in 50 degree weather - no issues with it not sticking well.
