I have been using this products since I got married many, many years ago and there is no other coffee maker as good as this one. In fact, I have a cappuccino espresso as well as two other coffee makers and this one is the best. Won't change it.

I'll start by noting that the "technology" in these stove top coffee makers hasn't changed in many many years, so it's really all about the details.

I got this espresso maker because of the cheap price and unique color, versus standard aluminum. The grayish chrome is very nice. It's not as green as the picture, just pure charcoal.

It works just as expected. However the little nob on top came off within about a month, just had to screw it back on.

Easy to use, easy to clean like all these espresso pots tend to be.

I use it for morning coffee so all the cups go into a single mug for me. This renders just over half full in a large coffee mug. For this reason, next time I'll get a larger capacity.

I use this little coffee maker several times a day. Once you get used to it, it makes THE best coffee. It's very easy to clean and does not take up counter space. I use a finely ground dark roast coffee (e.g. Cafe Bustelo) and fill the basket level, tamping the coffee lightly. It makes a superb little pot of espresso that is just as good if not better than the expensive machines. It does not froth milk nor do infusions. But if you like it straight-up, this is historically the traditional method of making Espresso!

Wonderful Espresso, timely.

You should note that on an electric burner, this thing will take longer to heat than on a gas. Don't be afraid to crank it up a little bit. Brewing should take 3-5 minutes. If it takes longer, you're not setting your heat high enough. Makes wonderful espresso.

Use fine grind.
If you want a REAL treat, look up Cafe De Leche. Requires a milk frother, but it'll have you making espresso every coffee drink instead of using a drip machine.

This inexpensive coffee maker looked great initially & made good Cofee.Because of the design & my mistaken use of a high flame the handle melted early on.The graphite finish showed lots of scratches.After about 3 months the Hadley snapped off completely..Bought a Bialtti coffee maker & couldnt be happier...Skip this & buy the Bialetti..

This little stove top pot makes a great cup of Espresso. In less than 10 minutes I have a perfect cup of coffee. I bought the HIC Brands that Cook Stainless Steel Milk Frother, 14-Ounce Size and now I have a Starbucks in my kitchen. What a treat! I'm trying different types of Cuban espresso coffee and have joined the crowd that enjoy great coffee at home.
