This is a good pot. I bought it to replace an old grocery-store nonstick that was starting to peel inside. This one is heavier and heats more evenly, and the fact the nonstick is solid enough to not worry about using wood/plastic vs a metal spoon or tongs is really nice. It's got a "professional" handle (all metal to withstand higher oven temperatures, which is great) that could be a little wider for a better grip, that's my only complaint. The length of the handle is a little longer, which compensates a little for the lack of width, but I still have to rest it on the edge of the sink to use the draining lid without the pan rotating in my hand. Could be my wimpy grip. I would buy this again, and have two other Circulon products I also really like.
