Although $14 seems like a reasonable price for these mittens, promoting the USA Olympics team with products made in China doesn't sound patriotic. The mittens to be worn by the USA Olympic team members are made in the USA by Ralph Lauren, but $98 a pair seems excessive. I was interested in USA Olympics mittens, but neither option is acceptable.

These mittens are very cute, and a nice bit of Olympic memorabilia but they're not very functional. They are quite thin, not warm at all, and way too big. The "one size fits most" label is inaccurate. They might be OK for a large man, but I find them slipping half way off my hands. The $29.99 price tag is a bit ridiculous when you can get them from the USA team shop for $14.
