I have a S&W M&P 380 with a built-in Laser and it works perfectly. It was a little too snug at first but I just loosened up the Philips head screw adjuster and it is perfect.
I tried a couple of other holsters that require a belt but I don't always wear pants that needs a belt like sweats or shorts that have a string built-in the inseam, .
I'm very pleased and super satisfied with this holster.

Great fit. Works perfect with integrated laser on both my M&P Bodyguard 380 with Crimson Trace laser and my wife's Smith & Wesson Bodyguard 380 with the Insight laser. Saw a review about laser issues. I have NO ISSUES WITH THE LASER unexpectedly turning on when holstering, unholstering or during wear. Will look for this same holster for other pistols. Completely satisfied and have recommended it to several friends.

Stupid- This holster turns the laser on every time you holster your 380 Bodyguard. I tried loosening it, turning the laser on first then holstering. I just cannot risk carrying concealed and have a laser hitting the ground.
