I just got these in today and 6 of the 10 bulbs were scratched in some way. A Scratched bulb will lead to early failure and who wants a faulty bulb. In a positive light though, they did get shipped quickly and were well packaged. That is the only reason they did not get 1 star. There must be some problem with their manufacturing process or reseller handling. Until they can fix it, I cant see why anyone would want a faulty bulb, even if they are cheap.
