Sizes provided in the product description are actually for the small version of this same plug, Pipedream lists the size of the medium as 1.75" wide with an insertable length of 4.25” which is fairly close. Actual measurements are 1.64" dia x 4.10" insertable length x 4.70' overall length.

I'm a hetero male in his mid 60's, somewhat new to anal plugs (this is only my 4th plug so far), and use plugs to intensify male orgasm while having intercourse or during masturbation so take that into account while reading the rest of my review.

This is an excellent plug. The finish is dull and yet the texture is silky smooth. The bulb is quite firm but the stem and base are flexible and comfortable. The taper from the tip to the widest part of the bulb is just gradual enough to provide easy insertion with no wasted or unwanted length.

By far the most pleasurable things about this plug are the gradual underside curve and the size of the neck, both of which make wearing this plug during intercourse truly enjoyable. It stays put even with a generous amount of water based lube and yet removal is not at all painful or difficult.

Since this plug is comfortable and stays put well it does not distract in any way from the sexual experience but I find the intensity of my orgasms to be truly indescribable. I have no medical training so I don't know (or care) what the anatomical causes of that increased intensity are.

I've never worn this plug longer than about 1 1/2 hours but I'd think those wanting to wear a plug for longer periods of time would find this plug quite comfortable.

I Love all of these, they are made of good materials that are not too soft but feel great to the touch almost like velvet. Easy to insert and once their in their in. Harder getting these things out than inserting them as the base is a little flared which is a great option to me, locks in well. The base is awesome as it lines right up along the inside of your glutes and their are no hard edges so you barely even feel the base when its in. The small is easy to get in and out the larger ones are a challenge getting out almost more than they are getting in but I love this. Highly recommend.
