My skin has gone a little crazy lately due to sensitivity and our dry Colorado weather. As a 56 year old woman you learn that there really are no miracles, not really, in skin care. You can literally end up spending a fortune every time someone comes out with a new line of skin care, featuring this or that new ingredient. To make things worse, I have extreme combination facial skin, eczema, melasma and rosacea. The jackpot!

My solution, in terms of sheer comfort in one's one skin, is to go old school, and that's where Nivea and Eucerin products come in for me (both owned by Biersdorf). I needed a decent body wash, that I can also use on my face, that can handle (or at least not worsen) all of these skin problems. I have had an outstanding experience with Eucerin's eczema cream, but I was wary of using their only body wash, which is a calming oil formulation--as soon as products like make any contact with my very oily tzone, breakouts follow.

So, I decided to check out Nivea's body washes. After massaging drops of several onto my hands, I realized that Nivea Sensitive wasn't irritating at all, and actually made my hand feel wonderful, even though we a talking about a body wash which of course won't be on your skin for all that long. If I had no trouble with it while experiencing it, concentrated, on my skin for a good hour I knew that I would be fine with it. It does contain camomile, and a very light fragrance, but so far so good!

Went back to the store and got some more---I am set for the winter.

Love this body wash. Nice, light scent. Great for everyday use, but if you have very dry, sensitive skin, you need to put on lotion after showering. I recommend a combo of Glytone KP kit (I have KP and it is also great for those who have body acne. Use some of the KP wash with the Nivea wash) and Glytone KP lotion/Jergens BB cream after showering.

Love this! This feels great on my skin and leave it feeling softer then other I have used. My husband however says it smells like tea to him which he doesn't like, but did notice my skin was softer after the first use.

felt clean but moisturized
instantly fell in love

Cons: got the worst yeast infection ever

Overall this is a great product but if you are sensitive woman like me, the fragrance may be too much for your skin to handle.

This body wash is a godsend!

I have tried most of the drug store brands that claim to moisturize deeply and rinse completely.

The Nivea Creme Sensitive body was is the FIRST body wash that delivered on it's promise. It is SOAP FREE and has a very gentle fragrance. My skin is cleansed and soft to the touch :) No dry skin spots to be found here! LOVE LOVE LOVE!
