I wanted to be able to run in the fall/winter in New England without wearing a bulky sweatshirt or fleece. This is perfect. It's surprisingly warm for being so lightweight, and the reflective dots really work well (one person told me I "light up like a video game" - that's the idea!), great for low-light early morning winter runs. Like the comfy thumb holes, too. I bought it in both the Deep Teal/Ice and in the Ice/Pewter. I usually wear an XS or S, and I went with the S for extra roominess, but the XS probably would have been fine, too, especially without extra layers underneath. Recommended.
