LOOK ELSEWHERE !!!

After receiving first one and reverse speed didn't work and inner screen and plastic encasement was cracked we returned the apparently used item with the flaws in it. We received second one which was definitely packaged from factory. After first use of approx. 20 mins, it kept shutting off and I believe resetting a circuit breaker and working for a short time . My decided it needs to be returned and took it apart to clean it before returning and found the same inner parts with cracks in them,same as the first machine. This machine has major design flaws and is not worth your money

I would not recommend this product

This product does the job, but has a few problems. I followed the directions and cored and cut up my tomatoes. However after the second use the plastic piece that holds the screens was cracked and fell apart. I contacted the company and luckily it was within the one year warranty. After several phone calls I finally received a replacement piece in the mail for free. I have used the product again however I blanched the tomatoes and chilled them before putting them through. However this didn't help, after two uses the plastic housing cracked again. After several calls to the company I returned the machine and got my money back.
