Un-stress is better than the balanced B complex. When you compare the labels, the un-stress formula has higher dosages of all the B vitamins. In addition, you get Vitamin C + stress balancing herbal blend in the Un-stress. I now use the un-stress instead of the balanced B. You get more for your money. Overall, I am VERY impressed with the MegaFood brand. I feel better on MegaFood vitamins than on others.
*Please note you must take 2 of these to get the full dose. Since B vitamins are water-soluble, they will flush out of your system in approx. 6 hrs. Take 1 in the morning and 1 in the late afternoon for best effect.

This vitamin is everything I hoped for! I have tried a lot of b-complex vitamins. Like everyone else, I took synthetic vitamins in mega-doses, and I felt it just made me more wired and more anxious (Also, they bothered my stomach. I do not have a colon!). I already suffer from anxiety, and I did not want to be more jittery! At my local co-op, I started to learn about whole-food vitamins, specifically, megafood, garden of life, and new chapter. I have tried garden of life (good, but gave me gas for some reason), new chapter (good, didn't bother my stomach, but still felt it was not strong enough). I really wanted a vitamin that contained about even mg of each B-vitamin. I researched megafood's website, and I found un-stress. It had an appropriate number of mg for b-1, b-2, and b-6 (yeah!). I think about 20-25mg of each type of b is a good dose for me. It actually prevents me from getting headaches! The formula is perfect, and the extra herbs really do make you calm, but yet give you energy at the same time. The pill is sort of big, but it slides down real easy (I like small pills! Also, really the pill does not taste that bad if chewed) Everything I wanted finally had been achieved! I break down my doses during the morning. I learned to do only morning or lunch time on this pill. Do not take in the afternoon, like at 3pm for a pick-me-up, I was up all night from extra energy unless b-vitamins do not affect you like that. Anyways, I highly recommended this vitamin!!!

I have anxiety disorder like most people on the planet these days. I started taking these a couple of months ago along with other MegaFoods vitamins, (Magnesium, Calcium, C and Thyroid Strength), and have maintained a level of calm. I also take Inositol, and that may contribute as well. I do have more energy, I sleep better, and my mind isn't constantly racing from one made up scenario to the next. I'm going to continue to take these. I also like that these are not synthetic vitamins but food sourced. Well worth the price.

A nurse recommended this product for my 84 year Mother who had Bile duct cancer. We used it instead of Ativan for anxiety. This really worked and gave her focus in her last few months. I use it now for stress and take it in the evenings.

I do notice a difference when I take this product. I feel more focused and less distracted...I don't think it makes a HUGE difference, but enough to continue taking it. I will buy it again...Just to forewarn you, the bottle seal was not fully secured when it arrived. I called for a replacement and received one about a week or so later. Not a huge deal, just a little inconvenient.
