This stuff will leave streaks and make your paint look terrible! I've contacted the company twice, with no solution so far!
I had a very expensive and beautiful faded black to charcoal to silver matte paint job done this past summer. After the paint manufacturers recommended cure time had passed I washed the vehicle with "Meticulous Matte Auto Wash" and applied the "JetSeal Matte" per the instructions. Now the paint looks horrible with milky swirls and streaks, like a bad wax job! I have tried washing it off many, many, many times, lightly buffing , all with no results. It seems permanently adhered to the paint. It looks horrible!
So I contacted Chemical Guys customer service through email, receiving: we are closed for the weekend.. and will respond in 24 hours from Monday. I waited the 24 hours, then another 24 but no response so I sent another e-mail. They finally asked for pictures, which I took and sent immediately. I haven't heard anything, not even a "thanks for the pictures," not a "we are working on it," absolutely NOTHING! It's "customerservice@chemicalguys.com, I guess CUSTOMER SERVICE is a misnomer.
